Devon based Karate Club Doryoku Ryu Karate Jutsu, is a traditional Karate Club that maintains the etiquette and tradition of Karate, whilst teaching practical self-defence relevant to the situations of today.

Our club takes an open minded philosophy on Karate, looking at the art as a whole! There are many different styles and theories, all of which are valid in Karate, but we would not want to have to omit a technique or a concept because it belonged to another style or be restricted to teaching a particular way. We believe that there is something in Karate for everyone, whether you are young or old.
